Description:
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services to meet customer needs. This role is crucial in achieving our company’s sales targets and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share. - Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in order to develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to proactively adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. - Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Requirements
- Sales Executive with over 3 years of experience in Marketing & Selling IP Video Intercom Products & Systems. - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a competitive sales environment. - Representing a reputable brand, the role will involve Brand Awareness, Prescription, Approval and Direct Sales. - The candidate is expected to work closely and effectively with Consultants, System Integrators, Contractors and End Users to achieve pre-defined KPIs and Sales Targets. - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively manage relationships. - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with the UAE market and its business landscape is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
