THE ROLE:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Manager/Director and senior management. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the development of new opportunities, documents and presentations.
This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships and identifies ways to set the Business Development Manager up for success. Individuals who thrive in a positively growing environment. They are a self-starter and see a longer-term career plan as a Business Development Manager however would like to elevate their sales and networking skills first. We create a supportive environment and open to have this person involved in building their own sales opportunities and targets (when they feel ready to).

WHAT YOU’LL DO: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

  • Client focus: Articulate our value and unique selling points to our client. Plan and manage client site visits.
  • Pipeline strategy: Develop a list of targeting clients to build, network and provide a memorable experience with every contact.
  • Craft Winning Tenders: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop tailored, compelling presentations that stand out.
  • Client Liaison: Be the main point of communication for clients during the bidding process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Research and Insights: Dive into customer research, creating insightful information packs that inform our strategies and proposals (we have the right onboarding and template to guide you)
  • Team Coordination: Organize impactful team meetings and training sessions, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the unit.

  • A proven passion, behaviour for success and a drive to provide a high level, proactive partnership with the Business Development Manager.
  • Self-starter and a proactive approach to responsiveness, client experience and creating lasting relationships.
  • Customer-focused with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Passion for working in a Sales environment and exposure to a Sales environment.
  • Reliable, proactive and able to be flexible to changing demands.
