Description:
You will grow sales revenue and build a client base by prospecting new clients and making sales presentations to secure sales contracts.
In addition to achieving your monthly sales revenue targets, you need to service clients, upselling, and pitching for repeat orders.
You are motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent, with strong negotiation and selling skills.

Responsibilities:
- Be proactive & resourceful in lead generation & soliciting sales for newly-launch projects.
- Meet with prospects interested in properties to offer them Real Estate deals
- Coordinate the closing of property deals & ensure all documentation is in order (e.g., duly signed & received).
- Prepare sales documentation for approval.
- Conduct sales in compliance with statutory & company regulations
- Administer show flat operations, upkeep, logistics & inventory
- Prepare sales reports on individual sales performancesAny ad hoc duties and flexibility and cover as required
