Position: Sales Executive
Experience Required: 4 to 5 years in kitchen and interior sales
Location: Al Quoz, Industrial Area - 2 , Dubai, UAE

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive specializing in kitchens and interior products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in the kitchen and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their kitchen and interior requirements.
  • Provide tailored solutions and product recommendations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of kitchen and interior design products, materials, and trends.
  • Stay updated on the latest products and innovations in the market.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
  • Assist clients with queries, quotations, and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities to increase the company’s market share.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in kitchen and interior sales.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen designs, materials, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
