JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to kick-start their career in Translation industry. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will work alongside the sales team to identify potential clients, build relationships, and support the overall sales process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in Real Estate, Event Management, or Translation Services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Female candidates from CSI (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities in the target industry
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to schedule meetings and gather information.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Help manage client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor and report on sales trends and competitor activity.
• Participate in sales meetings, events, and client interactions as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
