Responsibilities:
ROLE CAN BE BASED IN EITHER OUR DUBAI, LONDON, HONG KONG, DUSSELDORF OR FRANKFURT OFFICES
As part of our overall growth strategy and following the formation of a new and exciting business unit that will focus exclusively on serving the maritime industry, we are now looking for a maritime sales professional to join our existing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new maritime clients and expand the existing client base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with maritime clients and the overall shipping ecosystem (brokers, owners, managers, charterers), to understand their challenges, objectives, risk appetite and international payment requirements.
- Research, identify and prospect different maritime clients that have the need for international payments, FX and Trade Finance.
- Establish rapport and build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and effectively presenting solutions that encompass the client’s entire international payment needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as onboarding, client services and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients
- Leveraging the global footprint of Ebury to service our clients in a truly global way
