JOB SCOPE:

1. Based on company goals, complete your monthly targets;
2. Have a deep understanding of the sales process and be able to effectively promote the sales process.
3. Maintain and develop each assigned customer with a positive and responsible service attitude and professional knowledge reserve;
4. Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations, handle user inquiries in a timely manner, and serve as an effective bridge for communication between our company and customers;
5. Analyze and summarize the work process and feedbacks made by users.
6. Cooperate across departments, actively cooperate with assistance and solve problems;
7. Work proactively, obey the arrangements of Leader, and complete work tasks with quality and quantity.
