REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience in an automotive sales role is essential.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

  • Valid UK driving license and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Executive at Mercedes-Benz of Brooklands, you will be at the forefront of driving dealership sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and representing the value and prestige of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Your primary focus will involve building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through the sales process, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
  • Conduct test drives and negotiate sales agreements to close sales effectively.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Offer comprehensive insurance and purchase solutions.
  • Record customer information and interactions diligently within the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability.
