Description:
Mercedes-Benz of Dartford is seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. If you have a passion for luxury automotive sales and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you.
Our showroom and facilities are state of the art and the team regularly hit the top 3 sales league positions for Mercedes-Benz sales in the UK; we were No.1 in September!
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of new and used Mercedes-Benz vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and catering to customer needs, promoting the benefits and features of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless purchase process from start to finish.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor vehicles, and industry updates to provide informed insight and value to customers.
- Utilise our CRM system to manage customer interactions and promptly follow up on leads.
