REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to quickly identify relevant business challenges and effectively position relevant solutions.
- Expertise in connecting business needs to value proposition.
- Strong capability to create a sense of urgency and expert in visioning for clients.
- Good understanding of general technical concepts (e.g., legaltech, API, etc.).
- Strong organizer of own work and maintain control of all deals simultaneously.
- Communications skills.
- Able to speak with different levels of the company (from secretary to CEO).
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Natural empathy, using this to your advantage in sales cycles and in interaction with colleagues, national and international.
- High self-confidence, positive attitude and a drive to help others succeed.
- Show a high level of energy, combined with a strong desire to learn.
- Able to perform under pressure and show a consistent high level of quality of work.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years as a Field Sales Executive (ideally in sales software solutions).
- Knowledge of the legal sector is a real advantage.
Responsibilities:
Part of the Sales team, you role will be to :
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Undertake sales prospecting and consistently qualify leads.
- Accurate administration of deals in CRM system; effective follow-up on activities.
- Follow up of potential customers through the sales process.
- Increase sales, including up-selling and cross-selling.
- Effectively and pro-actively offer support to help further sales opportunities that would benefit from special expertise.
- Provide the best service to customers, advising on the appropriate sales approach, providing solutions and helping to align the proposals with their needs.
- Independently create consistently high-quality proposals which always mirror the right value proposition.
- Manage the entire sales process and be responsible for delivering on target sales intake.
- Effectively plan and organize your own work and support other team members with your expertise.
