SUMMARY

Modulex UK Limited which is part of the Modulex Group, a global leader in wayfinding and architectural signage solutions, is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with 5 to 7 years of sales experience, particularly within the architecture, design, or construction sectors. The successful candidate will focus on specialist construction projects, including, but not limited to, data centres, life sciences facilities, and mixed-use commercial developments. Operating remotely within London and the Southeast, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and fostering enduring client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the architecture, signage, or built environment sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of wayfinding, signage, and environmental graphic design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Engagement

  • Promote and sell Modulex’s wayfinding, signage, and environmental graphic design solutions to clients in the data centre, life sciences, and mixed-use commercial development sectors.
  • Find and pursue new business opportunities within the target verticals using industry knowledge and experience back by online tools and directories such as Builders Conference, BarbourABI or similar.
  • Develop and support strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess project requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Market Expertise and Strategy

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to find and capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demands and company goals.
  • Contribute to the development and negotiation of pricing strategies and contracts.

Project Coordination

  • Liaise with design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, facilitating seamless communication and project execution.

Sales Reporting and Administration

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotes, in accordance with company standards.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, providing regular reports on sales performance.
