JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for Building Management Systems (BMS) to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including architects and contractors, to provide expert guidance on BMS solutions tailored to project requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of BMS offerings.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking within the construction and facilities management sectors.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals that highlight the unique selling points of BMS products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maximizing profit margins.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements affecting BMS technologies.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to management on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and forge new relationships with potential clients.
