- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a New Business Sales professional to drive Market Logic’s global growth. This role combines hunting for new opportunities, closing deals, and bringing energy and expertise to the team.
Your mission: to secure new accounts from top global brands, primarily in sectors like CPG, Retail, and Pharma.
Three key areas: identifying and qualifying leads, showcasing Market Logic’s AI-driven insights solutions, and closing deals with target businesses.
In collaboration with a business development representative and other cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and execute outbound strategies for key segments.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT THE TEAM
- Independent Prospecting: Take charge of your pipeline by actively seeking new opportunities through cold calling, rather than waiting for leads. Persistence and professionalism are key to following up with potential clients.
- Self-Motivated: As a proactive self-starter, you’ll set personal goals, track success metrics, and refine outreach strategies using data insights to achieve your targets.
- Strong Prospecting: Consistently source new business by reaching decision-makers and building relationships. You’ll research potential clients, identify key contacts, and craft personalized, relevant outreach.
- Persuasive Communication: Build rapport and trust with potential clients from the first interaction. You’ll confidently convey value, handle objections, and establish credibility.
- Consultative Selling: Overcome objections, negotiate deals, and close sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Technical Fluency: Engage marketing and IT stakeholders by articulating the technical and strategic benefits of our product, including integration, data security, and how it enhances existing tech environments.
