Description:

Olivia’s Kitchen have been providing the North East with good quality catering solutions since 2019. We deal with buffets and events for customer numbers anywhere from 4 to 1,000. Our customer base ranges from small independently run businesses, large worldwide businesses, Universities, local theatres and music venues to private birthday parties, funerals and christenings. Our team has over 15 years experience in the industry and work hard to provide good quality products alongside high levels of customer service.
Olivia’s Kitchen is looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team. The role will include elements of customer retention looking after our vast portfolio of current customers as well as looking for opportunities to get new customers on board. You will be responsible for generating new business leads through various channels such as networking and canvassing. Alongside customer interaction the role will include some support of our social media channels maintaining our brand awareness and interaction with customers.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining good relationships with current customers and helping identify areas we can support them further.
Securing new business through generation of new business leads, networking and relationship building with people in various roles across different sectors.
Converting business leads into sales.
Providing a good knowledge of our products and services to potential customers, ensuring their events run smoothly and are a success.
Reporting on sales activity and performance which will assist in developing future sales strategies and activity.
The role requires:
Previous sales experience, food industry experience would be preferable but not essential.
Someone who is confident, self-motivated and disciplined whilst working alone.
Organisation is key with the capability of reporting activity and performance.
Some experience or interest in social media content creation would be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Hours to be flexible working 30 hours between Monday-Friday (some breakfast or evening events may be required form time to time)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £27,500.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
