We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in personal loan sales and banking experience, particularly in loans or credit cards. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and work under the Channel Partner process, representing one of the well-known UAE national banks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive personal loan sales and meet monthly targets. You will be representing one of the well-known UAE national banks as a part of our Channel Partner process, offering their range of personal loan products to potential customers. We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric individual with exceptional sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our loan products and assist customers throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through leads, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the loan application process.
  • Present and promote the bank’s personal loan products to potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in sales, specifically in personal loans or credit cards.
  • Previous banking experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services related to personal loans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and capable of working in a target-oriented environment.
  • UAE banking experience will be given priority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
