ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Executive position at Swansway Motor Group is an integral part of our sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales enquiries and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

  • Sell our comprehensive range of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring follow-ups are timely and effective.
  • Strive to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales processes while embodying our brand values.
  • Engage in the marketing and display of vehicles to attract potential customers.
