TOURISM SALES EXECUTIVE – FEMALE PREFERRED (2POSITIONS)

We are a well-established, American owned company and with a long track record in our industry. We have long term employees that provide great customer service, and you will part of a very good work environment where customers are taken care of and employees work to support each other’s efforts to make the customers satisfied. You will be working with a female manager and female sales colleagues.
We provide visa (after trial period), health insurance, weekly day off and commission based on targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for a driven and trustworthy Tourism Sales Executive - Indoor to work as a team and increase our business revenue.
• Key responsibilities include expanding our business through establishing new relationships with tour operators, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• You are expected to answer direct client’s enquiries through phone and CRM enquiries, emails and convert enquiries into sales. We have marketing campaigns and pages on social media and other venues and enquiries are distributed through the team. No cold calling.
• If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
• Must be passionate about good customer service and with a dynamic and self-driven attitude. Tourism is an exciting field where we provide positive experiences to guests. A perfect job for an extrovert personality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have prior experience in the Tourism field.
• Must have very good written and spoken English.
• Any other language is an advantage
• We are hiring 2 candidates to start immediately
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• sales or tourism: 2 years (Required)

Expected Start Date: 15/02/202

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and understand the industry
• Answer client’s enquiries and convert them to sales thought messages, emails and phone calls.
• Generate Leads from travel agencies, tour operators, and hotel concierges
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, Set up ideal prospecting strategies.
• Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation and understanding account requirements
• Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationships and understanding their preferences.
• Promote the company’s activities to existing customers and attract new customers
• Prepare daily activities reports, add clients to our CRM and close your daily sales reports
• Being responsible for account managing, sustaining and maximizing revenues from named key accounts.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
• Ability to edit photos and create some flyers in canvas or any easy editing tool is expected.
• Must be computer literate and able to use the laptop, word, excel and add data in to our CRM system, send emails and be self sufficient on a computer.
