REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary qualification with at least 2 years’ working experience and a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Experience in B2C sales. Those with sales canvassing and sales prospecting experience will have an added advantage.
- Candidates without automotive experience but have a passion in car sales and have demonstrated sales track record are welcomed to apply.
- Graduates who desire to build a professional sales career may be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Able to apply various sales approaches to persuade with tact to secure car sales, in-house finance, insurance as well as car accessories business.
- Strong listening and probing skills to ensure that customer’s needs are amply uncovered.
- Effective follow-up techniques to ensure that all lead source are well maximize.
- Professional and proper sales handling at all times during every stage of the sales cycle (ie. from pre-sales, sales, to post sales stages).
- Sales canvassing and sales prospecting to uncover potential customers, with the aim of conversion to a well satisfied and loyal customer.
- Maintaining, developing and up keeping of relationships with new and existing customers.
- Keeping abreast and staying ahead of the latest trends in the automotive scene.
- Demonstrates high degree of integrity and genuineness when handling customer’s queries as well as issues.
- Always willing to “walk the extra mile” to improve the customers overall experience.
