REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a commercial role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the sales process including prospecting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Partnership and Sales Executive to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
The role will be responsible for building strategic partnerships and driving sales by identifying new business opportunities and engaging with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets focusing on both new business development and existing account management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess market trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress toward goals, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of partnership and sales initiatives
  • Contribute to product launch activities by collaborating with relevant teams to ensure successful market entry
