REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years experience in a commercial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process including prospecting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Partnership and Sales Executive to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
The role will be responsible for building strategic partnerships and driving sales by identifying new business opportunities and engaging with clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets focusing on both new business development and existing account management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess market trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress toward goals, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of partnership and sales initiatives
- Contribute to product launch activities by collaborating with relevant teams to ensure successful market entry
