Description:
We are a well respected specialty coffee roaster with almost two decades experience in sourcing and supplying the finest specialty coffee to many of Northern Irelands best independent cafes, restaurants and hotels.
Passionately we build long term relationships directly with growers to ensure we source only the finest coffees and with obsessive care our Q Grader roasts in small batches to meet the needs of our more discerning clientele. Complimenting the quality and sustainability of our coffee is our service and support offering which is unrivalled in the industry.
As part of our continued growth in we are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive.
Working with our committed team your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and generating new business within our target market which includes quality cafes, hotels and restaurants.
- Arranging product tasting sessions with prospective customers.
- Establishing, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Maximising the sales opportunity for each customer account on an ongoing basis.
- Promote the full portfolio of products and services including coffee beans, machinery leasing, ancillary products, staff training, servicing etc.
- Keeping up to date with latest industry trends and developments
You will be a natural communicator and have a proven track record in a B2B sales environment, ideally in the hospitality sector selling quality products/services. With excellent interpersonal skills being a prerequisite you will enjoy building and nurturing long term business relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the service and support we are renowned for.
You will be driven, self-motivated and enjoy hitting sales and performance targets. You will possess the determination to succeed and relish being part of a dynamic team focused on the continued growth of an already successful brand. You can sell with confidence and be reassured that the back-office service, training and support functions are regarded as the best in the industry.
You will be super organised and be able to manage your own time and resources efficiently.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Proven ability to generate and convert your own sales leads
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with the hospitality industry
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build strong relationships
- Full clean driving licence
- Good commercial awareness
