Description:

As one of our first permanent team members, you will significantly influence the structure and processes of our sales team while crafting your own work experience in a dynamic and flexible environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Contribute to the development of an efficient sales scaling process.
- Customize and enhance sales presentations for optimal impact.
- Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency.
- Document all interactions within our CRM system.
- Analyze sales data for ongoing improvement.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements.
- Represent Bsure at events to expand our network.Who You Are: We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- A structured and personable approach to sales.
- Technical aptitude
- A willingness to learn and a strong motivation to succeed with Bsure.
- The capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with hands-on involvement.
- A collaborative spirit, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- The ability to take ownership of your results and work independently.
- Experience from a start-up (very desirable)Qualifications:
- Proven sales achievements in similar roles.
- Solid experience in negotiations and managing the complete sales cycle.
- Relevant educational background with a minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS B2B sales, preferably within startups.
