JOB CONTEXT
Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group is looking to employ a Sales Executive with experience in the Hygiene Industry to drive sales, maximise opportunities for the business unit. The individual must be progressive and have the ability to come up with new business ideas.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12
- Sales and Marketing Qualification
- Minimum of 5 -10 years experience as a Sales Executive in the Hygiene industy or similar
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Computer Skills
- Must have drivers license and own vehicle
- Ability to travel
Responsibilities:
- Managing & achieving sales volumes, targets & KPI’s
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Cold calling, sourcing & acquiring new business
- Negotiating sales/pricing
- Implementing sales drives activities
- Maintaining recommended selling prices, educating & presenting to potential clients
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, building & maintaining relationships
