Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Success: Achieve and exceed sales targets for our property development projects.
- Client Engagement: Source new clients and provide comprehensive support to address all potential queries.
- Network Expansion: Develop strategic networks from leads generated through various marketing activities.
- Agent Collaboration: Build and maintain close relationships with real estate agents to achieve sales goals.
- Digital / Social Media Marketing: Effectively manage and expand the company’s social media presence, including the planning and execution of social media campaigns in line with the company’s business goals.
Requirements:
- Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing within Singapore’s Real Estate environment and its existing trends
- Self-starter, with a strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- Prepared to work on weekends when required.
- Salary will be made up of basic and commission payments. Remuneration and senior or managerial roles commensurate with relevant years of working experience
Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,000
- Commission up to: $60,000 - $100,000
