JOB SUMMARY:

As the Sales Executive for our job portal, you will be responsible for reaching out to HR Practitioners from all across different industries; to grow the business by selling our services to them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish a healthy sales pipeline, setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Experience in Canvassing, door to door sales and cold calling to customers.
• Preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Demonstrating our solution via the video conference or face to face meetings.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in sales and hunting role; preferably in a Tech Industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Focused and goal-oriented
