JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will assist customers in selecting the right products, explain product features, and promote special offers. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics products and technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Generation:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

  • Store Operations:

  • Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
