To meet the market opportunity and support our rapid growth, we are seeking a results-driven, experienced Sales Executive to drive our mission of connecting businesses, government, NGOs, and communities through reliable and innovative technology and solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Executive at EnerStar will deliver profitable growth through promoting and selling Starlink internet services and hardware, and integrated communications solutions to several target markets including government, NGOs, and corporate customers across the United States. The position requires personal drive, resilience, and follow-through to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and secure contracts with prospects.
Our US Leadership is based in Colorado, and local candidates are preferred; however remote work options are available for well-qualified candidates. The position requires frequent travel within the United States.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Meet or exceed your revenue targets. We are a results-focused organization, the ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a demonstrated track record of identifying new opportunities, communicating our value proposition, overcoming obstacles and closing business.
  • Prospect, identify and campaign to accounts in select target markets to build a robust sales pipeline. Work in partnership with our internal leaders and teams to articulate a compelling value proposition and ensure customer alignment.
  • Drive sales process to closure to secure new corporate, government, and NGO, and emergency response customers. This requires the establishment of relationships with the key decision makers, understanding their current and future connectivity needs, and partnering to find the right EnerStar solutions for them.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes for enterprise corporate and government opportunities including education, healthcare, first response, emergency services as well as civil and defense opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for alternative go-to-market strategies and collaborate internally to deliver revenue growth.
  • Gather customer requirements and work with internal teams to iterate on and improve EnerStar integrated solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required;
  • 3-5 years sales experience in technology or telecommunications with documented track-record of achieving revenue and customer targets;
  • Expert-level understanding of ‘solution selling’ or ‘challenger sales’ methodology;
  • Use of CRM systems to engage prospects and build pipeline;
  • Use of lead identification systems such as ZoomInfo to identify prospects and accounts;
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service;
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and,
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
