A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE TELECOM SECTOR AND ASSOCIATED TECHNOLOGIES , COUPLED WITH BROAD KNOWLEDGE OF ADJACENT INDUSTRIES AND PERTINENT EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES.
