QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the training, consultancy, or education sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for professional development.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our diverse training programs and consultancy services.
- Client Engagement: Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of TMC’s training offerings to prospective clients in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and corporate sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Deal Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with TMC’s strategic sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to create and refine sales strategies that resonate with the market.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and provide regular performance reports.
