Senior Sales Development Representative
Overview
Are you an experienced inside sales professional looking to leverage your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment? TSL Marketing is seeking a remote Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales organization by qualifying leads, engaging potential clients, and driving new business opportunities for our industry-leading B2B marketing solutions.

We partner with clients to deliver tailored strategies that include demand generation, digital marketing, lead nurturing, and sales consulting. Our expertise spans over 25 years, supporting a wide range of clients in the tech space including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) firms, and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs and align them with TSL’s solutions.
  • Manage inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for senior sales teams.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining a healthy pipeline and achieving lead generation targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns based on insights from customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or sales support roles.
  • Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects via phone and email.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.

  • Fully remote within the U.S.
