QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage, hospitality, or related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Executive at VMCO Gulf, you will be a vital part of our growth journey, driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of products, including vending machines, coffee machines, cafe equipment, beverage ingredients, sandwiches, bakery items, gelato, and more. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and providing outstanding service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and Sell Products: Actively promote and sell VMCO Gulf’s product range, including vending machines, coffee machines, cafe equipment, beverage ingredients, sandwiches, pastries, and more to the HORECA segment and other potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic sales techniques.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and unique selling points of VMCO Gulf’s offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads, follow up on existing leads, and close deals effectively.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals, leveraging VMCO Gulf’s diverse product range and services.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the Sales Manager and senior management.
