YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • Business/Science Degree, or equivalent Business Insights experience.
  • Substantial experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry working with national and subnational in market data, salesforce effectiveness (SFE) performance reporting, primary market research, digital analytics, forecasting, scenario planning and KPI tracking.
  • Strong capability in data visualisation and making the complex, simple
  • Experience of working with automated BI / data management systems e.g. Power BI
  • Knowledge of ABPI and IPHA Codes is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge and efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI Solutions, warehousing databases and CRM systems e.g. Veeva

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

This role is focused on business partnering and requires strong collaboration and proactive ways of working to deliver value to the Dermatology business. You will work closely with the Strategic Insight Partner, Brand Leads and cross functional teams, translating data into meaningful, actionable insights and recommendations to realise business opportunities.

  • Develop and deliver recommendations aligned with brand strategy and business intelligence plans
  • Accountability for sales performance reporting, oversight of primary market research, scenario planning and KPI tracking
  • Deliver clear business insights, reporting and trend analysis for business planning decisions and monthly performance reviews
  • Drive Sales Force Effectiveness activities e.g. activity, bonus schemes, efficient territory deployment in line with our Key Account Excellence programme to support achievement of sales strategy.
  • Partner with the finance, business management teams and global colleagues to ensure sales forecasting is delivered in line with financial calendars and timelines
