Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an exciting position for Sales Graduates in our Bakery division. This is a 12 months contract where a graduate will be gaining practical exposure shadowing an experienced Sales team. If you are a successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:
- Driving continued sales growth for our Bakery Business Unit
- Optimising market penetration in your region for our different brands
- Identify and establish new business in region through the informal market
- Building strong customer relationships that leads to repeat business and brand loyalty
- Accurate reporting of market activity
- Market analysis and trends
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- National Diploma: Sales & Business Management
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license & clean driving record
Advantageous:
- N6 Marketing Management
- Informal market sales
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
This is a learning opportunity where our graduates will obtain practical Sales experience, therefore there is no experience requirements. The below competencies are desirable:
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license & clean driving record
- Informal market sales
- Able to travel in assigned region
- Attend meetings and/or training as scheduled by Premier
- Willingness to work flexible hours
