The Opportunity
We seek a highly motivated sales incentive manager you will be at the center of the sales incentives process for all sales employees within the SMB organization. You will be responsible for the computing model, the calculation of achievements, documentation, reporting and quality of the Incentive plan.
You will work in close cooperation with HR, IT, Sales as well as the SMB senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Target Definition/collection
- Make sure all targets are collected/computed (country, team, individual) and processed.
- Coordinate this collection process with the various stakeholders (business, HR,…)
- Design and implement an effective way to compute the achievements vs target on all of the various targets.
- Make sure the current sales incentive plans are embedded into this (multiplyers, payout curve, ratio’s,…)
- Ensure the quality of the sales incentive process, documentation will be required so that risks, dependencies, sources of the data are well understood by all.
- Ensure the process is fully documented
- Record and evaluate new requirements related to evaluation or the database
- Be the single point of contact for all commission related matters in SMB
- Create an audit trail of previous calculations in case questions arise at a later stage
- Transparent communication across the different KPI
- Ensure optimization/efficiency improvements are put in place in a proactive way
- Create a transparent overview of achievements vs target, and make it accessible to the target audience.
