Job Title: Sales Instructional Designer/Facilitator
Division: Learning & Development
Location: If within 30 miles within Philadelphia or Montreal office (Hybrid). If outside of 30 miles, the position is fully remote.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a designer and facilitator with a passion for learning to join our innovative North American Learning & Development Team. As a key member of the L&D team, you will conceive, design, facilitate meaningful employee development experiences, especially in the areas of sales, negotiation, and leadership. Working directly with our L&D team and sales team, this role drive sales growth across multiple channels in our diverse business channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Equip the organization

o Become a student of our business, building broad and trusted partnerships.
o Develop and implement sales and negotiation development programs in partnership with sales and procurement teams.

o Support the organization in leadership, sales, negotiation, and other related areas.

  • Curriculum Development

o Design and outline comprehensive curriculums tailored to various sales departments and roles.

o Create engaging formats, content, and materials.

  • Facilitation

o Conduct interactive sessions for small and large groups
o Facilitate both in person and remote learning experiences

o Act as back-up facilitator and support for other learning events as needed.

  • Technology Tools

o Use Microsoft Teams for remote learning experiences
o Employ a Learning Management System for asynchronous video tools.
o Use Microsoft Office PowerPoint for content development and delivery

o Incorporate generative AI tools to enhance programs.

  • Follow-up/Coaching

o Ensure proper follow-up and support of teams and individuals

o As appropriate, apply coaching techniques to support employee development

  • Travel-

o up to 25% for in-person training and team meetings

o If within 30 miles of the Philadelphia or Montreal office, this position will be hybrid (2 days per week). If outside the 30 mile radius, this position is fully remote.
