Vous travaillerez avec les prospects fournis par le plus grand détaillant de rénovation domiciliaire au Canada, en collaborant avec le personnel des magasins partenaires et notre équipe d’installation pour assurer l’exécution fluide des projets. Ce poste nécessite une personne proactive, orientée vers le détail et axée sur le service à la clientèle, basée à Montréal et dans ses environs, y compris la Rive-Sud et la Rive-Nord.

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Service Representative (SSR), you will drive sales and build strong client relationships in the kitchen refacing industry. You’ll work with leads provided by Canada’s largest home improvement retailer, collaborating with retail staff and our installation team to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual based in Montreal and its surrounding areas, including South Shore and North Shore.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Utilize leads to build relationships and guide clients through kitchen refacing solutions.
  • Staff Coaching & Support:
  • Collaborate with retail staff at partner locations to train and support them on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure client needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Work with the installation team to translate client visions into detailed project specifications.
  • Ensure smooth communication for optimal project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to maintain leadership in the kitchen refacing sector.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details using the CRM system.
  • Prepare reports for management on sales performance and project status.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
