FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS:

  • Reporting: Develop expertise in promo evaluation, price discrepancy analysis, and competitor/brand monitoring.
  • Key Account Management Support: Contribute to presentations, meeting debriefs, and various ad-hoc projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Trade Marketing, Customer Care, and other teams to optimize processes

ADVANCED SALES SKILLS:

  • Trade Planning: Gain experience in trade plan updates, promotional proposals, and planogram development.
  • Assortment Management: Master price list updates, product listings/delistings, sample management, and cost estimation.
  • Client Logistics Support: Assist the KAM team in resolving client logistic challenges.
  • Field Communication: Serve as a key contact for clients and suppliers, supporting the KAM team during client meetings.
