ProServeIT is actively seeking a Sales Intern to join the Team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support sales initiatives. We want a go-getter, who is enthusiastic about sales, is eager to develop their career in sales, and loves to work as a team!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in sourcing new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts
  • Proactively scheduling sales meetings through cold calling
  • Meeting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the goal of booking demos
  • Generate interest through outbound cold calling
  • Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings to gain valuable feedback
  • Identify the needs and challenges of prospective clients
  • Schedule demos for our Account Executives who will close the deal for you
  • Exceed sales targets and goals to drive overall business growth

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Prior experience in client facing roles, sales or retail environments
  • Experience performing inside sales and making outbound phone calls is an asset, but not required
  • Exceptional communication & active listening skills
  • Go-getter personality with a positive outlook
  • Motivated by meeting and exceeding goals
  • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly results-driven environment
  • Passionate about sales and technology - no need to be a tech expert. If you can use a cell phone, you can learn our platform.
