EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Preferably in business, marketing, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement implementation to drive operational efficiencies.
- 1 year of successful sales experience selling services, apparatus, or supplies preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; addressing customer needs and providing outstanding service.
- Proficient telephone, email, and video-conferencing communication.
- Strong data analytic skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to effectively learn and use online CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Reporting to the Sr Manager, Laboratory Equipment Contract Sales, you will play an important role in driving sales for our Laboratory Equipment Division with the following key responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Through your outstanding telephone and email communication, you will sell non-contract service products such as parts, billable repair, and compliance services; applying discounting and approval guidelines to convert quotes into bookings.
- Collaborating with Tech Support/Field Service to update services quotations as needed to fully meet customer needs.
- Initiating calls and emails to customers regarding campaigns, promotions, leads, and new product/services offerings.
- Identifying service contract opportunities/leads and collaborating with the Territory Manager to convert billable leads into service contract bookings.
- Developing a strong understanding of the products and services available for sale and the customer base to achieve sales and revenue growth.
