Description:
Successful client located in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to staff a Sales Lead who can assist with the administration of sales and shipping services. In this Sales Lead role, you will resolve customer complaints, coordinate price and delivery terms with the sales team, monitor/track shipments to ensure timely delivery, maintain and update customer accounts, prepare reports as needed, process freight invoices, and perform stock analysis as needed. The ideal candidate for this role should have an intense passion for client satisfaction, advanced multi-tasking capabilities, superb customer service skills and a strong drive for problem-solving.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
