ABOUT THE COMPANY:

A leading manufacturer of professional-grade PTZ cameras for Pro AV, Broadcast, and Surveillance markets is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive growth and manage channel sales partnerships across the USA and North/South America.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong Excel skills with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with email campaigns.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, vMix, OBS, Zoom, Teams, Blackmagic, and DaVinci is beneficial.
Experience in the CCTV industry and technical sales is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in communication or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years as a Technical Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
Excellent time management, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining channel sales partners, creating sales strategies, and managing KPIs to ensure brand integrity. This role will focus on local representation, tradeshows, and building strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain channel sales partners in the USA & North/South America markets.
Proactively create and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase brand value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
Conduct sales training sessions and create sales-related materials.
Manage tradeshows and co-op sales efforts.
Monitor sales channel conflicts, online reseller prices, and selling methods to ensure brand integrity.
Create and monitor market data related to competing brands, prices, and competitor analysis.
