SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong sales, marketing and presentation skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Technical understanding of both design concepts and construction methodology.
  • Ability to read plans and provide product and technical advice.
  • Team orientated while capable of working independently.
  • A practical, can-do attitude together with the desire to learn and be involved in all aspects of a start-up business.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the National Business Development team (BDM) with technical and sales assistance to secure Thin Brick projects.
  • Support the State Sales teams with technical and sales assistance to grow sales of Thin Brick systems.
  • Support the BDM and sales teams at trade shows and conferences to promote Thin Brick systems.
  • Influence specifiers such as architects, engineers, builders, developers and subcontractors through technical product advice, formal and informal presentations, and service to utilise Thin Brick systems.
  • Provide technical advice on Thin Brick systems, products, services, and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations for the supply of Thin Brick systems.
  • Provide samples and technical assistance in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of Thin Brick marketing material including presentations, company brochures and sales strategies.
  • Record and maintain project wins and losses in Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist in scheduling the production of Thin Brick facings on the Thin Brick line to meet demand.
  • Ensure Thin Brick supply requests are delivered on time.
