Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in tech business development and sales.
  • Experience 7 years in the same role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of government and corporate procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Team Building , leadership , development skills
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: KD800.000 - KD1,100.000 per month

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Hiring for one of our valuable clients in Kuwait. Who represents major global brands like SAMSUNG, SUNMI and POSIFLEX .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Drive sales and develop business by identifying and securing lucrative deals with major corporations and government entities.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and deal closure:
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closures.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Planning:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to align strategies and optimize business growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports for management, detailing sales performance, revenue generation, and market positioning.
  • Customized Solution Development:
  • Work with the technical team to develop and propose customized solutions that meet the specific needs of large enterprises and government clients.
