ABOUT THE EMPLOYER:

For our client, a leading furniture manufacturer, we are looking for a Area Sales Manager for the Romanian market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• proven track record in a similar B2B sales or business development role, preferably in the furniture or related industry,
• strong “hunter” mindset with the ability to open doors and close deals,
• excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
• ability to work independently and manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously,
• willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events,
• a strong network in the furniture, interior design, or construction sectors will be an advantage,
• knowledge of English and Romanian language.

• proactively identifying and approaching potential clients to establish new business relationships,
• developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets,
• conducting market research to identify opportunities, trends, and key decision-makers,
• building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and referrals,
• presenting and promoting our furniture solutions to clients, addressing their needs with tailored proposals,
• negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction,
• collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer onboarding,
• staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
