Responsibilities:
ROLE:
This role, based in Guildford and covering Surrey and Berkshire, involves managing current instructions, supporting project Partners, securing new business, and overseeing on-site operations. You’ll maintain a professional profile and client relationships while collaborating with the Res Dev and Country Offices to implement best practices in the New Homes Residential Development team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales for developments through strategic initiatives.
- Engage in regular sales and marketing meetings with clients.
- Provide consultancy, pricing exercises, and sales strategy reports.
- Achieve or exceed income and sales targets.
- Occasionally work weekends for events and launches.
- Assist in project management and business generation.
- Conduct market research and compile reports.
- Manage onsite sales teams and client projects.
- Develop new business from existing and prospective clients.
- Generate activity using in-house CRM and monitor pipeline.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
- Liaise with key clients, attend meetings, and provide feedback.
- Maintain awareness of market conditions and competition.
- Implement systems and processes to meet objectives.
- Assist in recruiting and managing team members to achieve goals.
