JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales (or two years in a Hotel)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with hospitality software (Visual Matrix is advantage, but not essential).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group segments.

- Client Relationship Management:
