As our Business Development Manager, youll play a pivotal role in creating and driving our sales strategies when necessary and empowering our sales force to reach new heights. Here is a glimpse of the impact you will make as a Business Development Manager at BBB:

  • Lead and motivate up to 15 awesome team members.
  • Assist the team with organizing leads, creating opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
  • Work with our Director of Sales to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales strategies, aligning the expectations of our clients.
  • Building relationships, reducing churn, and maintaining ROI.
  • Achieve sales goals through effective planning, goal setting, analyzing data and projecting future performance.
  • Ensure successful cross-departmental collaboration with various departments throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of 10+ team members.
  • Prior personal inside sales experience preferred.
  • Experience pulling reports and analyzing reports.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics to drive team performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Demonstrated track record building and scaling teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A strong people leader who leads with empathy but able to motivate and drive results.
