THIS POSITION IS WITH AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY ESTABLISHING A LOCAL OFFICE IN SWEDEN. THE CANDIDATE WILL SERVE AS THE COMPANY’S LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE, SO FLUENCY IN SWEDISH IS ESSENTIAL.

Familiarity with the Swedish business landscape and local labour laws is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of project management and corporate health/social security.
What You Bring:
Higher Professional Education in Business Administration, IT, or Commercial Economics, or similar, gained by education or work experience.
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or HR software.
Proven ability to manage sales independently, from outreach to closing deals.
A strong commercial insight with an eye for opportunities, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-driven approach.
Ability to think analytically and contribute to product and market strategy development.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
Fluency in English due to the communication with the HQ. Near native Swedish, is essential due to the local market focus.
Strong communication skills, able to connect with a diverse range of people.
Experience in HR, corporate health, or employee well-being solutions.
Knowledge of Swedish business culture and legal regulations
Frequent travel, in which you will fully be able to plan your travel schedule will be a part of the position.
Regular visits to the HQ in Europe.
SALARY INDICATION:
Competitive salary. Depending on the education and experience that the candidate brings, we are looking for a salary starting at 60K SEK, a local Swedish contract and benefits based on the Swedish legislation system.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
In this entrepreneurial role, you will drive the growth of our client’s HR SaaS solution in the Swedish market. As their local representative, you’ll work to increase revenue through commercial activities such as acquiring new clients, anticipating market trends, and providing strategic input. This position offers a great deal of autonomy with strong support from the international headquarters.
PART OF YOUR TASKS, NOT LIMITED TO:
Shape the Strategy: Lead the commercial strategy for Sweden by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. You’ll have autonomy in driving the sales plan and achieving key revenue targets.
Lead Acquisition Efforts: Approach potential clients through cold outreach, build relationships, and present our innovative products to decision-makers. Your main focus will be on mid-sized companies (250+ employees).
Sales Leadership: You’ll have the independence to lead your own sales efforts while being the face of the company in Sweden, responsible for expanding our footprint in the market.
Market Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, local regulations, and customer needs, proposing tailored solutions for the Swedish market.
Information Security: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations and collaborate with HQ to maintain high standards in customer interactions.
Understand the nuances of Swedish and European data privacy regulations, ensuring all client interactions align with security policies.
Maintain careful oversight of customer agreements, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
