Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As aSales Managerat Boels Rental, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing the sales team to meet and exceed business objectives. This position involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the success of your team. Your direct reports will be Rental Team Leader, Training Sales Leader and International Rental Leader (in total 6-7 Direct reports) with a huge Sales Team behind. You are responsible for the strategic development of the account organization and continuously coach the team with regard to a high-performance and customer-oriented sales force organization. The aim is to proactively bring the team to a higher level of performance and professionalism and thus generate long-term and sustainable customer loyalty.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies:Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive market share growth and achieve our business goals.
  • Market analysis and planning:Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring that we capitalize on market trends.
  • Operational and planning activities:Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and collaborate with the Managing Director & Business Controller to meet financial targets.
  • Customer relationship management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales process management:Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and performance of the sales team.
  • Monitoring and improvement:Monitor sales performance metrics and initiate improvements to exceed targets, as well as lead process improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with experience in the rental industry being a significant advantage.
  • You have successfully completed a commercial degree or commercial training and have already gained relevant professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a larger company with an international background.
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Polish; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating
  • You have a very good numerical understanding, are strongly commercially oriented and bring your own initiative and proactive assumption of responsibility.
  • A high degree of assertiveness, implementation orientation, communication and negotiation skills are mandatory for you.
  • Your strong coaching skills make it easy for you to promote and support your team individually.
  • You live and breathe service and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of characters and have a high degree of empathy teams.
  • You have a driver license B and willing to travel
