In 2011 we created the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of Shoreditch before opening venues in other iconic locations in Croydon and Wembley. 2024 saw us open our first site outside of London in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle with Boxpark Camden following this.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

BOXPARK are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual for the Sales department to manage in the day to day running of the leasing across our BOXPARK estate and new sites.
We are looking for someone passionate about street food to join our sales team. The successful candidate should be an excellent sales professional with a love of food. You will be responsible for finding new traders across our current 5 venues and new site openings. You will also work with our existing partners to help drive growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who works and thrives as part of a busy team, taking a hands on approach to their work and possessing the drive to exceed all targets and expectations.
BOXPARK now requires an outstanding Sales Manager to play a key role in the acquisition and retention of brands for all sites

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to signed lease agreement for new business, expansions and renewals.
  • Researching and signing prospective new traders/brand
  • Maintaining and developing trader/brand relationship
  • Pitching to new businesses
  • Managing and maintaining sales reports ensuring that key data is collected to support business decisions, internal reporting and to learn/improve.
  • Compiling weekly reports and presenting to the BOXPARK team making recommendations for the future strategy of BOXPARK
  • Contributing to the marketing strategy to drive footfall
  • Supporting the department head in ensuring strong occupancy is maintained across the sites
  • Liaising across multiple departments to ensure seamless on-boarding of traders
