BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. Salary range for this position is $100k-120k annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and develop outside sales reps for area of responsibility.
  • Lead pursuit of CPM opportunities and large capital projects (>$250M Industrial and >$100M Commercial)
  • Develop local DOA guidance for bid reviews and pricing.
  • Hire, train and develop inside sales rep for area of responsibility.
  • Lead and maintain MSA’s at local level.
  • Assist AGM in developing forecast on monthly basis.
  • Hold sales reps accountable for achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Maintain Salesforce data by holding sales team accountable.
  • Establish territories for outside sales reps.
  • Entertain clients and develop relationships with higher level decision makers within local organizations.
  • Assist Regional Sales Director with reporting and preparation for calls as needed.
  • Collaborate with other Area functional leaders to drive efficiencies and eliminate rework in order to achieve financial targets and optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Lead local marketing efforts to better position BrandSafway as the market leader.
  • Be an active member in local/regional industry organizations.
  • Complete other sales activities as needed in order to achieve financial metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university in related field
  • Minimum five years experience in the scaffold and insulation industry, preferably industrial
  • Minimum two years outside sales experience
  • If lacking a degree, then incumbent must have minimum 13 years of related experience
  • Superior problem solving ability
  • Ability to analyze qualitative data
  • Exceptional analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals


    • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment and mobilize cross-functional high performance teams



      • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

      • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
      • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
      • Working knowledge in using personal computer and application software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
